INTENSE LEAN PROGRAM - Next Steps
Step 1: We've just sent you an email
We've just sent you an email (from Stu) welcoming you into the program AND also within that email is a few questions that Stu would like you to fill in before your Kick Off Phone Coaching Call together.
Complete the short questionnaire and then reply to that email with a day and time for your first call.
Stu will then reply to you confirming your first call time and day.
Step 2: Your First Coaching Call
When you have your coaching call with Stu he will deep dive on a number of issues with you to get a really strong understanding around specifically how your training and eating right now AND most importantly what strategy he'll need to implement with your training and meal programming.
Your first call can take anywhere between 25-40mins depending on how much there is to get through.
Once you've had your call, Stu will go away and put together 2 x Docs:
1. Your First 4 week Training Program
2. Your First 4 week Meal Program
These 2 x files will be sent to you via email.
Step 3: Your Next Coaching Call with Stu
Your 2nd Coaching Call with Stu will be exactly 4 weeks from your first.
In between your 1st and 2nd Call you execute on the training program and meal program Stu outlines for you.
This 2nd Coaching Call is to assess how your tracking and then make adjustments to your training and meal plan for the next 4 Week Block.
