In my experience when people come to me saying that they’re stuck, frustrated AND on the verge of giving up when it comes to their weight it indicates 1 thing
Well not quite 1 thing, it’s more like 6 things.
6 things working together in unison to create one MASSIVE problem – a body that refuses to lose weight regardless of:
How well you eat
How little you eat
Even when there is no eating at ALL you still don’t lose weight.
So what (THE HELL…) is happening here?
How can somebody be eating clean healthy food in small portions, not binging on chocolate and donuts behind closed doors and more often than not exercising moderately…. BUT still not moving the scales??
