Most people have no idea what insulin even is let alone how and why this hormone is the single biggest reason why you have those fistfuls of extra fat sitting on your love handles and stomach.
The better YOUR insulin health is – the LEANER you’ll be (i.e. low body fat)
The way you improve your insulin health is by eating specific types of foods in the right format - and when you do that it’s incredible how quickly those ‘old’ problem areas around the hips and stomach start to shrink away!
2. Metabolism Function
Your ability to get leaner and lose fat will ultimately be dictated by how well your metabolism is functioning.
Don’t make the common mistake most people make and assume that the only way to speed up your metabolism is to exercise more – exercise has NOTHING to do with the strategy I’m going to give you.
What you put in your mouth has a greater effect on your metabolism function than any pump class or spin class ever will! By making the right food choices you can turn your metabolism into a furnace – literally a fat burning machine!
What you probably didn’t realise (up until now…) is that low calorie eating over long periods of time down-regulates your metabolism and slows everything down – which is the total OPPOSITE of what you want…
This is what the Weight Loss Industry doesn’t tell you!

3. Meal Strategy & Structure
Right now you suffer from not having any structure or plan with your meals.
Sure, you are ‘trying’ to eat well – I get it. The reality is though that it’s not consistent enough to have any positive effect on your body.
We can sometimes fall into the trap of chasing weight loss at “any cost”. That’s why there are so many short-term ‘rapid weight loss’ programs out there.
The reality is though and in many ways this is the “unsexy” answer…
Long-term weight loss success is a result of consistently eating more of the right meals over time. The way you look now is the sum average of what you’ve chosen to eat (consistently) over time.
If you’re food choices have been consistently poor then you’ll have poor body composition.
